Please note that your commitment to buy is a purchase of the listed product and accordingly you should only commit to buy if you are serious about purchasing the product.

When you commit to buy, you have entered into a legally binding contract with us to purchase the item, at which time we will receive your order via the eBay platform.

You must contact us within 48 hours of placing your order and you must make payment (including any postage & handling and shipping fees) within 5 days of us receiving your order. If you do not do so, we reserve the right to void your eBay order and relist the item for sale.

If you are collecting the product yourself, payment will be accepted via Cash on Pick Up, credit card, EFTPOS or PayPal. If you wish for the product to personally deliver to you, payment (including any postage & handling and shipping fees) must be received by us via Cash or PayPal prior to us delivering the product to you. Any additional delivery fees that are not included in the listing will be added to your eBay order and a new eBay invoice will be issued including the agreed delivery fees prior to payment of order.

If the product you are purchasing is marked Ex-Display or Factory Second, the unit may have minor cosmetic imperfections such as scratches and dents. If the product you are purchasing is marked Manufacturer Refurbished, the manufacturer has repaired a fault with the unit to the required standard. We can provide detailed information on individual units via the eBay messaging system, please Contact Seller with your enquiry.

Delivery Fees:

For all smaller appliances, e.g. rangehoods, kettles and microwaves, etc. we deliver nationwide via freight and the delivery fees are included in most of the listings. We can provide a freight quote nationally for those items that are too large for postage, please Contact Seller with your enquiry.

For large, bulky appliances such as fridges, ovens and washers, etc. we only personally deliver locally. If you are purchasing more than one item from us, please Contact Seller for information on the total delivery fee.

Note that any agreed delivery fees not included in the listing will need to be added to your eBay order prior to payment.

Our Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the product and return the product to us (at your own expense) within 7 days of the conclusion of the auction for a credit for the purchase price (exclusive of $20.00AUD administration fee, postage & handling fees, and shipping fees).

Our Return Policy does not apply to if the product has been damaged by you through improper handling, installation, use or any other means.
