Trade-In Offer - Terms and Conditions
- Trade-in offer is available only with the purchase of a new appliance from Big Mama Factory Outlet.
- Trade-in value is up to $500 and is determined solely by Big Mama Factory Outlet based on the make, model, age, condition, and resale or recycling value of the appliance.
- The final trade-in value must be agreed upon by both the customer and a Big Mama Factory Outlet employee before purchase and delivery.
- Any agreed trade-in value will be deducted from the purchase price of the new appliance and/or may be applied towards associated delivery, installation or removal services at Big Mama Factory Outlet's discretion.
- The appliance being traded in must be complete, accessible, disconnected, empty and safe for removal at the time of collection.
- Free collection and removal of the traded appliance is available only when Big Mama Factory Outlet delivers the new appliance to the same address.
- If the appliance cannot be safely removed due to access restrictions, additional labour requirements, or safety concerns, Big Mama Factory Outlet reserves the right to refuse collection or charge an additional fee.
- Trade-in offer cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or gift cards and is not transferable.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other trade-in promotion unless approved by Big Mama Factory Outlet.
- Big Mama Factory Outlet reserves the right to refuse any trade-in at its sole discretion.
- Promotion may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
