Performance & Cooking

The Emilia EM865GEMB combines a 120 litre multifunction electric oven with a five-burner gas cooktop, providing excellent versatility for households that prefer cooking with gas while retaining the benefits of an electric oven.

The cooktop includes a powerful 14.0MJ/h Natural Gas wok burner, an 11.5MJ/h large burner, two 7.0MJ/h medium burners and a 4.0MJ/h small burner. Total maximum gas consumption is 43.5MJ/h on Natural Gas or 35.5MJ/h when converted to LPG.

The electric oven provides eight functions and reaches a maximum temperature of 260°C. Fan Forced cooking provides circulated heat for baking and roasting, while conventional top-and-bottom heat, bottom heat with fan, double grilling and fan-assisted grilling provide flexibility for different recipes and cooking styles.

Design

Finished in sophisticated Matt Black, the Emilia EM865GEMB provides a striking alternative to conventional stainless steel freestanding cookers.

Its 800mm width is particularly useful for kitchens with an existing 80cm cooker cavity or where a 90cm appliance is too large. The cooker measures 600mm deep and features adjustable legs providing an overall height of approximately 870–920mm.

Inside, the oven features a Titanium Easy Clean finish, removable chromed side racks and four shelf levels. The double-glazed insulated door incorporates a full-glass inner panel, while an automatic cooling fan helps manage external temperatures during operation.
