Performance & Cooking

The Emilia EM965GE combines a 140 litre multifunction electric oven with a five-burner gas cooktop, providing excellent capacity and flexibility for larger households.

The cooktop includes a powerful 14.0MJ/h Natural Gas wok burner, an 11.5MJ/h large burner, two 7.0MJ/h medium burners and a 4.0MJ/h small burner. Total maximum gas consumption is 43.5MJ/h on Natural Gas or 35.5MJ/h when converted to LPG.

The electric oven provides eight dedicated functions and reaches a maximum temperature of 260°C. Fan Forced cooking provides circulated heat for baking and roasting, while conventional top-and-bottom heat, bottom heat with fan, double grilling and fan-assisted grilling provide additional flexibility.

Design

Finished in Stainless Steel, the Emilia EM965GE offers a professional-style appearance designed to complement contemporary kitchens and other stainless steel appliances.

Its 900mm width provides generous spacing across the five gas burners, helping accommodate multiple pots and pans simultaneously.

Inside, the 140L oven features a Titanium Easy Clean finish, chromed side racks and four shelf levels. The oven cavity measures 780mm wide x 370mm high x 475mm deep, providing substantial usable cooking space.

A full-glass inner door provides a clean appearance and easier maintenance, while double-glazed insulated construction and an automatic cooling fan help manage external temperatures during operation.
