Performance & Cooking

The Emilia EM965GGMB combines a five-burner gas cooktop with a 140L fan assisted gas oven, providing the capacity and flexibility required for larger households and serious home cooking.

The cooktop includes a powerful 14.0MJ/h Natural Gas wok burner, an 11.5MJ/h large burner, two 7.0MJ/h medium burners and a 4.0MJ/h small burner. When configured for Natural Gas, the oven burner is rated at 9.0MJ/h. Total maximum gas consumption is 52.5MJ/h on Natural Gas or 44.0MJ/h when converted to LPG.

The oven can be operated in either fan-assisted or static gas modes. Electric grilling adds further versatility, with conventional and fan-assisted closed-door grill functions available.

An especially useful feature is the ability for the gas oven to operate without mains electrical power using the manual lighting option, although electrical functions such as the fan, grill and electronic controls require power.

Design

Finished in sophisticated Matt Black, the Emilia EM965GGMB provides a striking alternative to conventional stainless steel freestanding cookers.

At 900mm wide and 600mm deep, the cooker provides a substantial five-burner cooking surface while the adjustable legs allow the overall height to be set between approximately 870mm and 920mm.

Inside, the 140L oven features a Titanium Easy Clean finish, removable chromed side racks and four shelf levels. The double-glazed insulated oven door incorporates a full-glass inner panel for a clean appearance and easier maintenance.
